‘Quiet Nature’ Theme of Gallery Show

The Ten-2-One Artists will be featured in a new art exhibit through April 22 at the Crescent Gallery, 158 Main St., Thomaston. The display will include works by Susan Coppola, such as her painting, “Almost Sunset… Watertown.”

THOMASTON — The Fine Arts Connection of Thomaston will present a gallery show titled A Quiet Nature, featuring paintings by Susan Coppola until Wednesday, April 22, in the Crescent Gallery, 158 Main St.

Ms. Coppola is an oil painter with brush strokes that are impressionistic.

Her work has a calm, peaceful stillness.

She is a very active member of the Ten-2-One Artists, working behind the scenes to make the open studio sessions run smoothly.

Her artwork will appear alongside her fellow Ten-2-One Artists.

The gallery will be open for one hour before show times of the Thomaston Opera House production “Of Mice and Men” in March.

There will be an opportunity to meet the artists from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Thursday.

More information about the show is available by visiting www.ten-2-oneartists.com or www.facebook.com/CrescentGallery.
