LITCHFIELD — A cooking class, From Wisdom’s Table: Noodles, will be presented at Wisdom House Retreat and Conference Center from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, January 30. Chef Margaret Jacobs will present the class.
This month’s menu is all about noodles. Recipes presented will include sesame peanut buckwheat noodles, egg noodles with prosciutto, peas and garlic cream, lemon scallion garlic shrimp and angel hair, red curry chicken and coconut noodles and bok choy ginger noodles.
Chef Jacobs is the food director at Wisdom House and a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
