World War II Planes to Spend Three Days at Oxford Airport

The Collings Foundation Wings of Freedom Tour will showcase five World War II-era planes from 2 p.m. Friday, September 6, to 5 p.m. Sunday, September 8 at the Waterbury-Oxford Airport, 288 Christian St. in Oxford. On display will be a vintage Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress, a Consolidated B-24 Liberator, a B-25 Mitchell, a Curtiss P-40 Warhawk, a North American P-51 Mustang and a B-25 Mitchell.
