WATERTOWN — The Watertown Fire Department responded to 308 alarms for the month of September including four fires with one structure fire; 12 motor vehicle accidents with injury; two searches for missing persons; 13 HazMat calls; four miscellaneous; 39 false alarms smoke or CO; 33 severe weather and 201 medical emergencies.

October is Fire Prevention month. 

The department would like to remind people that in a fire, get out and stay out.

Clocks change this month, change clocks and check and change smoke detector batteries.
