Watertown Town Council: Animal Welfare, Blight Ordinance Topics of Discussion

Shown are some of the dozens of feral cats located on a property on Franklin Avenue in Oakville. The cats are not neutered or vaccinated and are severely neglected, as reported by a resident. The town has issued a blight violation, but is not prepared to deal with the feral cats.
