Pot Sticker Dumplings Zoom Program Slated

SEYMOUR — The Seymour Public Library will host Chef Bill for a free Zoom cooking class, “Pot Sticker Dumplings with Separate Chicken and Vegetarian Fillings and Dipping Sauce,” at 7 p.m. Monday, February 8. Registration is required for this free family-friendly program. Dumplings eaten on Chinese New Year symbolize prosperity and family reunion.

Chef Bill Collins is a graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. He went on to cook at the old Ritz-Carlton in Boston, then worked at Harbor Sweets, the handmade chocolate company, in Salem, Mass. 

He started his personal chef business in September 2001.
