NEW MILFORD — Jennifer Smith and Daniel Smith were married August 31, 2019 at Sacred Heart Church in Southbury.
The ceremony was performed by Msgr. Joseph Donnelly. A reception followed at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake, Middletown.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Margaret Smith of Watertown.
The groom is the son of George and Laurie Smith of The Villages, Fla.
The bride had Albert Rippel of Brookfield as her man of honor. Bridesmaids were Cait Hracs of Danbury, Marissa McKirdy of New Milford and Meghan Urey of Manassas, Va.
Charlie Granby of White Plains, N.Y., was flower girl.
The groom had Walter Kowalczyk of Armonk, N.Y., as best man.
Groomsmen were Bennett Collen of Boston, Mass., Kyle Granby of White Plains, N.Y. and Matthew Simonides of New York, N.Y.
Mrs. Smith is a graduate of Pomperaug High School in Southbury and Western Connecticut State University, Danbury.
She is employed as an administrative secretary for the New Milford public school system.
Mr. Smith is a graduate of Briarcliff High School, Briarcliff, N.Y., and Loyola University, Baltimore, Md.
He is employed as a senior file set up specialist at Cartus Corporation in Danbury.
Following a wedding trip to Positano and Rome, Italy, the couple is at home in New Milford.
